Christel Schulte is head of education of Kunsthalle Osnabrück and responsible for mediation programs and outreach projects. She worked in education and cultural settings at a local, national and international level. As a curator of audience development and learning she creates educational interventions, programs and seminars in interdisciplinary and collaborative set ups, connected with the aim of further development of empirical research approaches that do have retroactive effect in practice. Since 2017 she is member of the scientific committee of the NKB which works about enabling collegial, interdisciplinary exchange on theories, issues and research methods in art and cultural education.
